 s Association ran the second iteration  \nof the Educator Quality of Work 
 Life (EQWL) survey. Following up on the  \ninaugural 2015 survey\, finding
 s from the 2017 EQWL demonstrate that schools  \nstill struggle to provide
  educators and\, by extension\, students with healthy  \nand productive en
 vironments. Districts that fail to recognize the importance  \nof educator
  well-being may be faced with higher turnover\, more teacher and  \nstaff 
 health issues\, and greater burnout\, all of which research indicates  \nl
 eads to higher costs\, less stability for kids and\, ultimately\, lower st
 udent  \nachievement. Our 2017 survey also found that strong labor-managem
 ent  \npartnerships may be effective in mitigating teacher and school staf
 f stress.  \nDuring the webinar\, we’ll go over the 2017 results in dept
 h\, as well as  \ndiscuss the implications of our findings on collaboratio
