y AFT members\, are well-designed\, project-based \nlessons that can be u
sed at the start of the school year\, during the school \nyear\, or as en
d-of-the year culminating instruction. Utilizing universal \ndesign for l
earning\, grade-level standards\, differentiation strategies\, and \nperf
ormance-based assessments\, these lessons for grades K-12 integrate the \
nbest practices for teaching diverse populations of students. Teachers can
\ntake all or parts of the lessons that best address the needs of the st
udents \nin their own in-person and/or remote classrooms.\n\nFor our Span
ish-speaking bilingual educators and students the capstones are \nalso av
ailable in Spanish. We will also share info about a free app\, Zigazoo\,
\nfilled with fun learning activities to do with students--and for parents
to \nuse at home.\n\nJoin us on August 6th to learn more about these eng
