Executive Board Training

Serving on a local union executive board is an incredibly rewarding and demanding leadership role within our union. This training will help participants develop their leadership skills, define the roles of officers and the executive board, set expectations for ethical and professional behavior, and help you learn to run and manage union meetings effectively.
